The paddles used in Actifry™ machines vary from model to model. There are three different paddles that I am aware of, as of August 2014.
For information on different sources for these parts, see our Actifry Spare Parts Sources page for links.

Paddle for Classic/Gourmet Edition ActiFry (FZ-700xxx)
This is the paddle for the Classic / Gourment Actifrys (models FZ-700050, FZ-700051), which make 1 kg (2.2 pounds) of chips/fries.
This paddle is possibly also the paddle used in the Tefal Snacking Actifry (FZ7070). It also reputedly is for AL800xxx and GH800xxx models. I have seen a version of this paddle where the blade portion is a far darker grey, almost black.
Note that this paddle has a locking mechanism driven by two light grey handles, which you press down to lock the paddle onto the tray (not shown.) To unlock the paddle, pull the two light grey handles up (use an oven glove if hot).
This paddle has a largely hollow interior, which makes cleaning inside a bit easier than some other models of paddles (see below.)
Paddle for Actifry Family Size
This is the paddle for the Actifry Family Size (AW950050 etc), the Actifry that makes 1.5 kg (3.3 pounds) of chips/fries.
To lock it in place, you simply press the paddle down.
To unlock the paddle, press the side button in (use an oven glove if hot), and pull the paddle up.
This paddle has an interior shaped like the inside of a nautilus shell, making it a bit more difficult to clean than the classic Actifry paddle (at the top of this list.)
Paddle for ActiFry 2 in 1
This is the paddle for the Actifry 2 in 1 (YV960* etc model numbers), the Actifry that makes 1.5 kg (3.3 pounds) of chips/fries and has a top cooking tray.
Note that the top of the paddle has “grooves” in it; when the top tray is placed on top of the paddle, these grooves lock into grooves in the bottom of the tray, in order to turn the tray. I wasn’t able to get the inside of the tray’s top tube to come into focus, so I’ve drawn an arrow to try to make it clear where the interlocking “teeth” are.
Actifry Mini
I do not have any photos of this paddle as of summer 2014; from what I’ve seen on the web, it looks very similar to the paddle for the family size Actifry. I wouldn’t trust that appearance, though: the smallest variation could make it unusable in either machine. I do have, though, the actual part number for the Actifry Mini paddle; it is SS-994316.
Misc information about Actifry paddles
When you are searching for information on Actifry paddles, be aware that some sites may refer to them as as “mixing paddles” or “mixing blades.” The term Actifry in France uses is “pale de brassage”; in Germany, either “Rührfvorrichtung”, “Rührarm” or “Flügel.”

The very first ever Actifry paddles had some design flaws, which were corrected back in 2008. An account of this issue is here: Actifry paddle issues in the early years.
