Usage notes
- Manufacturer says you can cook food from frozen
- Lettering can wear off the dials quite quickly. Some people advise putting clear tape over the lettering to protect it;
- Some users report that the finish on the wire racks quickly wears off if they are put in dishwasher
- Unit auto shuts off when you lift the lid handle;

I have a Flavor Wave turbo oven and it does not heat up anymore. The two lights go on but no heat. Is there anything I can do or is there a special part for it?

The numbers on my timer dial on my Flavor Wave Turbo oven are mostly rubbed off. Do you have a way to replace the top cover to fix this or what suggestions do you have?
