The Black and Decker Air Fryer is a basket type fryer.
As of 2014, it seems to be marketed only in Canada so far. It looks very similar to the BM Satellite Air Fryer marketed in the Middle East.

Usage notes
- Basket releases from basket housing with the touch of a button
- Black and Decker usage advice doesn’t mention any preheat times
- Cooking guidelines are on top in the form of a plastic decal that has been applied to the machine. They will wear off quickly after repeated or heavy cleaning, so take a photograph of them and write them down, and if possible, cover them in clear tape to protect them.
- If you are keeping the machine under an overhead cupboard or shelf, it can be harder to visually see the guidelines on the top, so you may wish to write the guidelines out and stick them elsewhere in your kitchen as well.

They should sell accessorys for unit.

Agreed, are you in Canada, Martin? So far we are only aware of the Black and Decker units being sold in Canada… Did you buy one; is there any leaflet inside the box offering accessories?
Ken
A friend of ours bought this model and raved about it so it went on sale and we decided to try it. It works great. It’s hard finding recipes though. I guess that will come. We are Canadians. We went to the States to look for one at first and they’d not heard of it. We ended up getting it on sale at Canadian Tire with a two year guarantee included but no cook booklet or accessories.

Hi Ken, yes, for some reason Black and Decker seems to do more branded appliances in Canada than they do in other countries. You can use any of the Philip’s AirFryer recipes for the Black and Decker air fryer. We’ve posted AirFryer recipe resources here: https://www.hotairfrying.com/philips-airfryer-recipes/

Wondering if you’ve baked in the Black and Decker using metal or glass dishes as shown with other airfryers?
