Usage notes
- Will only accommodate 1 rack, so you can’t do dual rack cooking in it the way you can in the full size NuWave models
- Temperature choices from 1 to 10: actual temperatures are listed in the manual. The range is from (1) 106 F / 41 C to (10) 342 F / 172 C
- When you lift a heated lid (device unit plus dome) by the handle, the dome is prone to falling out of the handle, some say.
- The low rack, being far from the heat source, can impede food browing / crisping. Some say to prop the rack up on a small oven-proof casserole dish that will fit in.

I would like to buy a NuWave Mini.. I have one, and it is the best kitchen device I have ever used.. We must have used it, literally, 1000 times… We have the full-size NuWave oven, but is such a pain to dig out. I want another NuWave Mini
