How would I cook a pork loin in my oil free cooker
Marinate overnight if desired. Then brush with oil or rub with a rub. Cook until internal temperature of 65 C (150 F) is reached. Then remove, cover with foil and let rest for about 10 minutes or your instant-read meat thermometer shows 70 C (160 F).
I love this cooker let it heat up for an hour drop your turkey or chicken in it in about 1 hour 45 mins your eating I have has mine for 6 years or longer don’t a lot of turkey and whole chickens in it
Cook on medium heat until center is 165 degrees, note that the included thermometer is junk, also be very careful not to over cook. 10 minutes a pound is pretty close.

Hello,
I wanted to see if you have a recipe to cook a ham in the oil free cooker?
Thank you

Like to know how to get the skin crispy I like it but would like to know how to get the skin crispy
To get a crispy skin, leave your turkey uncovered in the refrigerator the night before you cook it so the skin can dry out.
How long does it take to cook a 5lb brisket and what do I set degrees on please help
Can extension cord be used with this cooker.
can other meats other than the turkey be cooked in the masterbuilt oil free air fryer? If so, is there a recipe book?
Why does it have to be used outdoors?
Not sure. Ask the manufacturer, but they do mention it over and over again in the manual.
Did a 10 lb turkey on Thursday (Thanksgiving) and it came out great. Not quite “deep oil fried” but close enough and definitely much better than oven roasting – and no cost for oil and no messy cleanup are big pluses. Doing a 10 lb ham today. I think I’m going to really appreciate my Butterball Oil-Free Turkey Fryer and plan on using it often.
